Terms of Service
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tauroid (tauroid.com), a service operated by Viridel Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Tauroid, you agree to them.
Access
Tauroid is currently available by invitation. You need an invitation to create an account, and we may limit, change or end access to the service, or to any feature, at any time.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@tauroid.dev if you think someone else has used it.
What you build
You keep the rights you have in the prompts, code and assets you bring to Tauroid and in the games you make with it. You give us permission to host, store, process and display that content as needed to run, secure and improve the service, including sending it to the AI model providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use it to train AI models. Members of a workspace can see the games and conversations in that workspace.
AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people's work. Review what Tauroid produces before you rely on it or publish it; you are responsible for how you use it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tauroid to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property;
- create content that harasses or threatens people, sexually exploits minors, or incites real-world violence;
- distribute malware, or use games or previews to deceive people or collect their credentials;
- attack, overload, probe or work around the security or limits of the service, or access it by automated means other than those we provide;
- resell or give others access to the service without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Our service
Tauroid and its software, design and branding belong to us and our licensors. Apart from the rights to your own content, these terms don't grant you any rights in them.
Fees and billing
Tauroid has a free plan and paid subscriptions. We show you the price before you subscribe. A subscription is charged in advance for each billing period and renews automatically, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Prices do not include taxes unless we say so.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@tauroid.dev. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can cancel a new subscription within 14 days of buying it for a full refund.
If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does. If a payment fails, we may move your workspace to the free plan. Credits included with a plan have no cash value.
Ending your use
You can stop using Tauroid and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to export your games first.
Disclaimers
Tauroid is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Tauroid. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Claims caused by your use
To the extent the law allows, if someone brings a claim against us because of content you brought to Tauroid, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about these terms or the service will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about Tauroid. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms to someone else without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use Tauroid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
